The old days of real estate are gone.  It used to be that people had to use a real estate agent to buy or sell a home.  Real estate agents were the gatekeepers.  They were the gatekeepers of information and they were the gatekeepers of the keys.  If you wanted to know what homes were for sale, you needed to talk to an agent.  Now that information is everywhere.  If you needed to sell your home, you needed to talk to an agent, because that was the only way to find a buyer for your home. The value an agent brought was in the very fact that they were the gatekeepers. Unfortunately, a lot of agents still think that is the value they offer.

We know better. We know that one of the ways we can best serve you is through education of the processes of buying or selling a home.  If you are buying a home, our job is help you understand the process of the buying transaction so you make the best decisions. You want us to help you know what to expect through the process. You want an agent that will negotiate for you with excellence. You want us to facilitate the process for you. You don’t want us to “sell” you a home, you want us to help you “invest” in a home.

If you are selling a home, many of the same thing apply.  We educate you on the process of the transaction of selling a home. You expect us to be professional marketers, facilitators and negotiators. You want an agent who understands that serving you isn’t about being the gatekeeper, it is about being an expert who understands how to get maximum exposure and attention to your property.  That is how you sell your home quickly and for the most money.

Yes, we get it. You don’t want to be “sold,” you want to be served.

Chances are pretty good that when you clicked on this page, you expected to see what is on the vast majority of other real estate agents’ websites.  You expected us to say something like this, “We have been in business for SOOOO MANY years, like really 50 years, and we service the blah blah areas, and we have won blah blah awards, blah blah blah, and we are number 1 at doing blah, blah, blah.”

We are sorry to disappoint you.  Sorry, not sorry. We know that our relationship with you, isn’t about us.  It is about you and how we can serve you.
